A high-level delegation from the Government of Haryana participated in the Osaka World Expo 2025 from 6–11 October 2025. The delegation, led by Shri Nayab Singh Saini, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, held a series of one-on-one meetings with leading Japanese companies and industry associations to showcase Haryana’s strengths as a preferred destination for Research & Development (R&D) and advanced manufacturing.
Primus Partners supported the Government of Haryana and successfully facilitated meetings with senior Government dignitaries and leading Japanese corporations, resulting in substantial investment commitments and employment generation.
The interactions highlighted Haryana’s strong industrial base, skilled workforce, robust infrastructure, and progressive policy environment — positioning the state as an emerging global R&D and innovation hub.

During the visit, several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed with key Japanese companies during the visit, paving the way for substantial investment inflows and employment generation in Haryana across priority sectors such as automotive, electronics, and precision manufacturing.

These developments mark a significant step toward Haryana’s vision of transitioning from a manufacturing hub to an innovation-driven economy, aligned with the broader Viksit Bharat initiative of the Government of India.
