The state government aimed to enhance citizen engagement and transparency in tracking scheme performance.
Our team identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for these schemes and developed digital services, including web-based grievance capturing and resolution mechanisms. We created a robust database schema for seamless data management and utilized SAS tools to design a user interface portal that showcased KPI data, making it accessible to citizens. A significant highlight was the implementation of the Chief Minister's Dashboard, which provided a comprehensive view of scheme performance.
