The report outlines how AI is transforming game development, from NPC behavior and personalization to animation and procedural content, while also raising critical concerns around data privacy, copyright, and ethical use. Despite growing AI integration, 20% of startups report no adoption, pointing to a need for better tools, talent, and policies. The report emphasizes that AI should enhance, not replace, human creativity and calls for inclusive, ethical, and clear regulatory frameworks to ensure responsible innovation in gaming.
