Aarti Harbhajanka, Co-founder and Managing Director at Primus Partners, shared her views that the post-RERA clean-up has encouraged organised players to engage more seriously with the real estate sector. She noted that seven years ago, the top 20 developers accounted for about 15 per cent of new launches, a share that has since increased to around 36 per cent.
