The 23rd edition of CREDAI NATCON was held from 11th to 13th September 2025 at the iconic Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore. The convention brought together over 1,200 participants including developers, global policymakers, investors, financial institutions, legal experts, thought leaders and industry stakeholders, and witnessed the unveiling of the Vision 2047 Framework, reaffirming CREDAI’s leadership in shaping India’s urban and housing future.
Over three days at NATCON 2025, the pioneers and visionaries exchanged ideas, shared insights, and showcased innovations redefining the future of real estate on the sector’s premier global platform.
A defining highlight was the collective pledge: All 13,000+ CREDAI members committed to building one house and planting one tree every day, working towards a collective goal of building 10,000 homes daily, and becoming role models for sustainable and responsible development to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
Primus Partners supported CREDAI in shaping the Vision Document by conducting research, preparing the roadmap and an underlying framework across 9 pillars to achieve the Vision 2047. In collaboration with CREDAI chapters and executive committee members, 100 growth cities were identified and categorized with city-specific planning parameters ensuring recommendations provided are practical and actionable.
