The report identifies persistent challenges in India’s infrastructure sector, including time and cost overruns, with 40% of projects delayed and nearly 50% exceeding budgets. It emphasizes the critical need for innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and meet India's development goals for 2047.
